Front line contact with customers. Problem-solving and providing accurate information to customers. Make customers happy and encourage them to come back.
Logistics Management
Dealer support and Logistic management. End-to-end responsibility for order processing -- from partner’s Warehouse shelf to Customer Door. Resolve problems to ensure orders ship on time, properly packaged.
E-Commerce Analysis
Monitor and continuously improve to deliver the best possible value and service to customers. Streamline and automate warehouse and logistic processes, test and diagnosis with data to create and implement durable solutions to problems. Data driven decisions to reduce complexity for customers and vendors alike.
